Job Description Summary
The Install Bridgeline Associate is a significant contributor in the services deployment and installation delivery of NCR, customer procured and third-party products and services for NCRs customers in the United States. Other services include (but are not limited to) upgrades to equipment, redeployments, service assumption, FROs, and site preparation services. The Install Bridgeline Associate provides daily project coordination and is a key member of the NCR project team responsible for obtaining technicians installation progress to ensure successful delivery of equipment and installation of the contracted services (internally and externally). The Install Bridgeline Associate utilizes defined processes and tools to ensure that each customer site/project is delivered and installed on time; and is complete to meet the customers expectations and in accordance with the documented scope of work. Key Areas of Responsibility
Install Coordination and Scheduling
- Monitors daily scheduled installation activities and provides 2-hour status updates by making calls or receiving calls from technicians.
- Create installation scheduling requests and ensure that all customer installation/deployment activity is scheduled and completed to the customers satisfaction and per SOW.
- Coordinates with project managers and installation coordinators to obtain necessary site information and details to schedule installation activities and technician returns timely
- Works with field service resources and scheduling team counterparts to ensure and confirm technicians schedule.
- Collaborates with other Bridgeline Associates in monitoring site assignments, tool updates, task creation and updates, and other essential functions
- Responsible for updating Quickbase (or similar) database with equipment and services data.
- Ensure that the requested site level activities are scheduled within standard process time frames
- Coordinate with other vendors as needed for delivery of equipment or services.
- Escalate issues with maintaining the rollout schedule, as needed, and manage to closure.
Project Management
- Develop and assist in the creation and ongoing management of the rollout schedule.
- Update, track, and adjust the rollout schedule on a timely basis.
- Identify installation risks, escalate and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Recognize, document, and implement process/project improvements
Communications
- Establishes and maintains communications with project team, field engineers, and territory managers. A project team may include representatives of the customer, sales, BU, Project Management, Staging, Service Account Management, CS and any third-party partner(s).
- Participates in any meetings with key team members to review necessary feedback, tasks, action items and lessons learned.
- Provide updates to the project status via Quickbase application
Work Environment
- Night shift (starting around 9PM local time) to accommodate 24 X 7 operations (flexibility required dependent on projects).
- Involves prolonged periods of PC and telephone usage in a fast-paced environment.
- Is accountable for continuously receiving and handling high volumes of work orders.
- Works in a team environment; interacts with multiple internal and external customers
Basic Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Business or related education/experience.
- PC proficient (Microsoft Windows, Internet Explorer and Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Can work with minimum supervision

- Experience with NCR tools
- Oracle ES
- Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- PSA System
- Quickbase
- SOM Tool
- Customer tools/applications as required
- Experience in the Financial, Retail, Telecomm, or Entertainment Industries
- Willing to work non-standard business hours as required by projects
