Insights Analyst

The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data from social media channels and provide insights and recommendations for our clients.

_Duties and Responsibilities:_

• Monitor and analyze social media conversations across multiple online platforms using social media tools.

Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities.

• Develop reports and presentations that summarize findings, insights, and recommendations.

Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure data accuracy.

• Develop and implement social media strategies in order to reach desired goals.

Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and technologies.

• Monitor and analyze competitor social media activities and strategies.

Provide guidance and support to other team members.

_Qualifications:_

• Proven experience as a Social Media Insights Analyst or similar role.

Experience with non PH accounts.

• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and trends.

Expansive vocabulary in particular social media lingo will be a plus.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.

Outstanding communication and presentation skills.

• Creative and strategic problem-solving skills.

Able to organize large amounts of information and draw conclusions

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Able to work under time pressure in case of adhoc tasks

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
