• Job Description

Handles inbound and outbound calls and inquiries from offices and agents.

• Handles documentation and processing of payments.

Log/Update Salesforce.

• Liaising with coach operators, airlines, hoteliers and resort/places representatives.

Manage accounts including updating payments and resolving payment inquiries.

• Selling tour packages and assisting Clients needs.

Assist Client in end to end Tour Operations.

• Performs other tasks and special projects as may be assigned.

• Job Qualifications

Completed Studies in Tourism or Business-related courses.

• With at least 2 years experience in Tour Operation with selling, documenting and processing of payment experience.

Excellent written and spoken English.

• Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook & CRM tools.

Detail oriented with ability to multi-task.

• Self- motivated with a strong work ethic

Excellent customer service skills and problem solving skills.

• Willing to work on Night Shift

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25,
