Handles inbound and outbound calls and inquiries from offices and agents.
- Handles documentation and processing of payments.
Log/Update Salesforce.- Liaising with coach operators, airlines, hoteliers and resort/places representatives.
Manage accounts including updating payments and resolving payment inquiries.
- Performs other tasks and special projects as may be assigned.
Completed Studies in Tourism or Business-related courses.
- With at least 2 years experience in Tour Operation with selling, documenting and processing of payment experience.
Excellent written and spoken English.- Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook & CRM tools.
Detail oriented with ability to multi-task.
- Self- motivated with a strong work ethic
Excellent customer service skills and problem solving skills.- Willing to work on Night Shift
