Location: Goa
The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving the sales pipeline and revenue from new and existing clients. Our ideal leaders are self-starters who embrace ambiguity, think big and bring their own uncompromising standards of excellence. The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for lead generation and building a pipeline of top quality prospects. As a manager, the candidate will also be responsible for overseeing personnel in the company's inside sales team. Moreover, the candidate will act as a strategic partner with an eye towards long term sales strategy.

Principle Accountabilities
Build a robust Inside Sales process focusing on pipeline generation, qualification, velocity and conversion.
Revenue ownership in collaboration with the Field Sales and Account Management teams
Sales Excellence and Process Discipline
Build adequate capacity in teams and required skills to support global pipeline & revenue goals
Team Leadership and People Management
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Pre Sales, Field Sales and Customer Success teams to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual goals
Primary Relationships
The position reports to Head of Sales
This position works closely with Internal teams and Customers
Should be a good Team player and must have handled a Team of 2-3 Lead generation Agents
Best fit profile
Should have Minimum 3+ Year experience in Sales + Inside Sales (Preferably SAAS & Cloud based Products)
Experience in Selling Innovation,BPM & Low Code & No Code will be added advantage
Demonstrated success in revenue and quota carrying roles
People Management and Leadership experience
Experience in working with cross functional and multi layered teams
Experience in supporting global businesses (preferred)
Should have knowledge and have handled Hubspot CRM & Reporting
Business Planning and Forecasting acumen
Experience in driving Sales process and Execution excellence
Bachelor's & Master's degree in Marketing, Sales, or relevant equivalent experience
