Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to contribute to our ambitious growth objectives. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, driving sales, and managing the sales cycle from initial contact through closing. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls daily, working with channel partners, and efficiently qualifying prospects to close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation: Identify and develop new leads through various channels such as cold calling, emails, networking, and referrals
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with prospects and clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product offerings and industry trends to communicate product features and benefits effectively
- Sales Process Management: Manage the full sales cycle, including proposals, negotiations, and ensuring smooth handoffs to the implementation team
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams to align strategies and contribute to the creation of sales collateral
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline development, and customer interactions using CRM tools
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of proven inside sales experience, preferably in the medical device or technology sector
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Experience with CRM tools, preferably Hubspot, and proficiency in Google Suite
- Familiarity with neuroscience, EEG technology, or related fields is a plus
