Renewal Business

• Accuracy & timeliness in funnel submission

Negotiation skills of discounts with vendors and best price to resellers for renewal opportunities

• Ability to close renewal opportunities

Proper coordination and negotiation with resellers on payment terms for renewal business

• Internal Process of Vendors

Knowledge of Rules of Engagement in terms of account protection and channel conflicts

• Knowledge on Standard Discounts

Preparation of Quick BOM Generation using Standard Discounts

• Preparation of Order Processing (SR)

Preparation of Loan of demo boxes from vendors (LRF)

• Back End Office Assistance

SR Processing ability to validate the correct BOM, discounts, selling price to resellers, and completeness of supporting document

• Assists in demo boxes loaned by resellers/end-users

Consolidation of funnel for the assigned products

• Monitoring of Product Marketing Funds

• Administrative Support for the BU

Coordination with Product Managers on scheduling of vendors (itinerary)

• Telemarketing effectiveness on promotion of programs and chasing of leads

Marketing Assistance eDM blasting and invitation, and event coordinators

Job Type: Full-time
