- Contact potential clients telephonically.
- Read the prepared script when pitching the company's products and services.
- Provide any information that the client requests.
- Redirect calls to the relevant department if necessary.
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Understanding customer needs and requirements.
- Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- Preparing Proposal/Quotation if necessary.
- Qualifications:
Graduate of Business or any 4-year course
- Fresh graduate is highly encouraged to apply
Customer-oriented- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fast learner and can work with minimal supervision
