- Basic Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of inside sales experience (or equivalent)- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented
A positive attitude and a passion for sales, Can DO attitude
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software
- Duties and Responsibilities
Generate and qualify new sales leads through inbound and outbound prospecting efforts (phone calls, emails)
- Understand customer needs and challenges to identify the right solutions
Deliver compelling product presentations and demos- Maintain and update a comprehensive CRM system
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,- 00 - Php30,000.00 per month
Schedule: - Overtime
