Education

Graduate of any related Bachelors degree (B.S., Engineering or Business discipline) Preferably an MBA or a Masters degree holder.

Experience

Superb oral and written communication skills. At least 5 years experience on a managerial capacity.

Job Purpose

Formulate strategies to win new customers for the company. Oversee the execution of steps in the phasing on of new projects into the Operations Group.

Job Summary

Inside Sales Manager is responsible for nurturing business prospects for new and existing customers with the goal of increasing the customer base. The Senior Manager for Inside Sales with the overall objective of increasing the companys revenue, shall utilize the resources of the Design and Development Group, Field Sales, Insides Sales, Customer Service, Industrial Engineering and Supply Chain to develop new customers and ensure acceptance of prices for products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quotation Management: Prepare and deliver accurate and timely quotations to potential and existing clients.

• Pricing Strategy: Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market.

• Sales Support: Assist the sales team with customer inquiries, product information, and order processing.

• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor pricing, and customer preferences.
