• Job Description

Sell tour packages, particularly in Asia (Japan, China, Vietnam).

• Manage inbound and outbound calls and inquiries from travel agents with professionalism and efficiency.

Assist travel agents throughout the entire tour operation process.

• Oversee accounts, handle documentation and payment processing.

Issue and reissue travel documents as needed, ensuring all information are correct and up to date.

• Prepare reports.

Log and update Salesforce records to maintain accurate client and transaction information.

• Undertake additional tasks and special projects as assigned to support the team and enhance operations.

• Job Qualifications

Completed Studies in Tourism or any Business-related courses.

• 3-5 years of experience in Travel Industry preferably in Tour Operation.

Management-level experience in selling tours.

• Train and coach team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.

Has an attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong work ethic and self-motivated.

Develop and manage processes that align with client expectations.

• Strong communication skills with an excellent command of written and spoken English.

Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, and CRM tools.

• Willingness to work Night Shifts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35,
