This candidate will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales opportunities. In order to be successful in this role and meet or exceed quota, this candidate should feel comfortable communicating with prospects via phone and email who are discovered through a variety of avenues.
Responsibilities
Chase new sales opportunities through emails, cold calls, warm calls on a daily basis.
- Ensure all client inquiries are promptly and professionally responded to within eight (8) to twelve (12) hours.
- Generate sales pipeline and accurately capture and qualify sales leads through the prospect's desired outcomes, and product fit.
- Manage and track sales progress against targets.
- Identify and analyze key market trends for new business opportunities and competitive advantages.
- Monitor dormant accounts (6 months inactive or no business covered by Territory Sales).
- Reactivate previous customer relationships and ensures high quality conversion experience.
- Ensures high quality conversion experience through development of initiatives and programs fit to the client's needs.
- Track impact metrics and derive insights to suggest necessary improvements.
- Works closely with Business Development and Marketing to develop targeted strategies and messaging to drive opportunities for new business.
- Understand the product line, summarize and provide timely feedback on technical issues to the technical team.
- Performs other related duties as may be assigned in support of departmental goal or for his/ her professional training and development.
Qualifications
- Graduate of any business course
- Has one (1) to three (3) years experience in inside sales or customer service role
- Strong communication, analytical and reporting skills
- Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
- Proven ability to make independent decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Proficiency in CRM Tools
