Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Coder to review patient charts and documents, assigning appropriate codes to diagnoses and procedures using ICD and CPT codes.
Key Responsibilities
- Review patient charts and medical documents.
- Assign accurate ICD (International Classification of Diseases) codes to diagnoses.
- Assign CPT (Current Procedural Terminology) codes to procedures.
Requirements
- Knowledge of ICD and CPT coding systems.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills.
- With CCS/CIC/CPC Coding Certification (IP)
- Valid PHRN License
- At least 6 months to 2 years experience
