The Quality Supervisor is responsible for supervising Quality Assurance Auditors and ensures accuracy of information and quality of delivery by monitoring, auditing, reviewing, analyzing, documenting work processes that further improve clinical operations standards. Must have proven ability to lead a diverse team of clinical quality analyst. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels are essential. Must have strong organizational, analytical, problem solving, and management skills.

Who we look for:

• Graduate of Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing (BSN) with current PRC license and/or US RN license if handling pure nursing account and or US Medical Coding License if handling Revenue Cycle Management or Medical Coding accounts
• Requires Operational Management experience as an Operation Supervisor for at least 2 years
• Must have an active Medical Coding certification (CPC,CIC, CCS)
