KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Service
Ensure smooth running of end-to-end processes to achieve high levels of Customer Service at optimal costs.
Drive implementation, support the following key corporate initiatives.
DR (Dispatch Rate)
Planning Related DR Loss reduction
Review Critical stocks / OOS, initiate corrective actions to remedy the situation
Working Capital/Cash (Stock) reduction
Review overstock / excess stocks, initiate corrective actions to remedy the situation Innovation Planning
Ensure OTIF implementation of Innovations Network
Lead weekly review of innovations network and ensure updates are done accordingly during PT (Project Team) Meetings
Ensure all known supply chain risks are raised and tabled during PT Mtgs.
Liaise with key Supply Chain functions to understand risks (i.e. Sourcing Unit, Procurement) and detail out network impact
Connect with local and regional sourcing units to understand material ordering to production leadtimes
Ensures buy to deploy network are aligned with 2P suppliers
Ensure early management meetings happen prior to Pre-production meetings

Supply Planning
Ensure effective running of Purchase to payments (P-2-P) cycle.
Establish and sustain collaborative/ productive relationship with Unilever & 3P Suppliers
Responsible for running stock modelling for FG
Responsible for the rough cut capacity plan and ensure that adequate investments are done to secure the required customer service level. This is in accordance to RCDSR
Plan production according to the market requirements and maintain a live and valid master production schedule
Optimize the production plan by implementation of the production run strategy to ensure high level of customer service
Support innovations and activations
Manage Working capital targets of site to agreed management levels
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree, Supply chain or Engineerin
3-5 Years in Supply Chain operations, Customer Service, Planning experience and exposure to Purchase to payment cycle
Experience in FMCG Supply Chain is an advantage (Planning, Customer Service, Logistics)
Experience on SAP ERP, APO, (Familiarity on Kinaxis is an advantage)
Proficient in Excel
Commercial acumen and cross functional business process knowledge
Experienced in handling different teams and people management
