Job Description
He/she will lead the design management of ongoing projects and projects for launch, through coordination with the consultants, organizing meetings, presentations and documentation, presentations for approval of BET and Alveo Management, preparing drawings, graphics and other materials needed to complete design approvals; document control and archiving of drawing documents.
Qualifications
- Architecture graduate with license
- Knowledgeable in AutoCad, Photoshop, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, Basic Microsoft Office; has developable public speaking skills
- Confident and easy to work/get along with, willing to learn, be trained and to travel for business purposes, if needed.
- At least 3 years experience in real estate developer
- At least 2 years experience in an Architectural Firm
