JOB DESCRIPTION:- Performs preventive, corrective, repair and emergency maintenance of injection molding machines and its auxiliary machines such as take-out robots, hot runner controllers, mold temperature controllers, conveyors, crushing machines and material supply system based on maintenance plans and procedures.
Executes improvement activities to increase machine efficiency, availability and productivity.- Provides any technical assistance to production associates during operations.
Executes plans for the recovery and repair of machine abnormalities (if any).
- Assists machine suppliers/contractors during outsourced maintenance activities inside the production area and company premises (if any).
Reports any abnormalities found during maintenance activities and day-to-day machine operations.- Accomplishes all the required documentations during maintenance activities.
Conducts training (if qualified trainer) to IMM Section members to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
- Observes and follows current Good Manufacturing Practices including 5S and safety regulations set by the company.
Graduate of Engineering or Technical courses related to electrical, mechanical or electronics.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
Knowledgeable in operation and maintenance of injection molding machines and its auxillaries.- Able to perform troubleshooting of electrical circuits, hydraulics and pneumatics system including mechanical works.
With or without work experience.
