REQUIREMENTS:- Graduate of BS Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
FRESH GRADUATE ARE OPEN TO APPLY (must have Diploma or TOR)
- With or without experience in manufacturing company
Strong leadership abilities.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to make decisions under pressure- Great attention to detail and organizational skills.
Willing to work on a shifting basis
- Render OT weekdays and weekends if required
Interpret processes received and makes necessary conversions for production equipment to be used.
- Perform tests on molds, which cannot be tested at the Technology Center.
Sets molds to be tested.- Records and maintains mold and process setup sheets.
Improves and documents processes on existing molds, using established systematic techniques.
- Assists in trouble shooting production processes.
