Perform all necessary preventive maintenance checks as required
Analyses electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and operational problems of all Injection production equipment
Repair equipment to maximum efficiencies which meet or exceed productivity improvements and reject reduction requirements
Reports to his superior all spare parts needed to keep machines productive
Monitors machines and communicate to supervision all machines problems and concern
Propose machine improvements
Implement GMP of machine in every machine repairs and PM (preventive maintenance
Ensure that all machines are in good condition after and before operations to gain stable productivity.
Report to the Food Safety Team Leader or Food Safety Team Members for any FSMS problem encounter.
