DESIGNATION: INHOUSE DESIGNER BASIC SALARY: PHP 18,000 25,000 ROLE DESCRIPTION:
An Inhouse Designer is in charge of creating store designs, booth layouts, and perspectives along with necessary documents related but not limited to the ff: Materials specification writing Floor plan Elevation Ceiling Plan Electrical Layout Perspective KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Design Expos: Conceptualize and create eye-catching designs for trade shows, exhibitions, and design expos. Develop booth designs, signage, creative mock up modules, and digital assets to attract and engage visitors. Collaborate with event coordinators and vendors to ensure the successful execution of design concepts. Store Designs: Design and develop store layouts, visual merchandising displays, and in-store signage. Create 3D renderings and mock-ups to visualize store designs and concepts. Ensure brand consistency and create a cohesive visual experience for customers in-store. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and external vendors. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for design projects. Present design concepts and receive feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve designs. Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team. Ensure all designs meet quality standards and adhere to brand guidelines. QUALIFICATIONS Graduate of Architecture or Interior Design with experience in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office. Preferably with experience in retail construction.
