Infrastructure Development Analyst (Junior) who will predominantly be assigned to specific tasks in planning, research, and analysis, and will provide guidance, support, and assistance related to a broad range of project-related business needs that will contribute to the overall success of an infrastructure project under development.
- JOB DESCRIPTION INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT ANALYST
The Junior Analyst will work with senior members of the organization to support a variety of tasks. Junior Analysts may gather and analyze data, create reports or presentations, or assist with other projects as needed.
- Duties and Responsibilities
Support the preparation of Feasibility Studies (FS), Pre-FS, Business Cases, and other documents or reports relevant to the delivery of infrastructure proposalsand other engagements.
Preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials as necessitated by a project.
Assist in the preparation of financial and economic models in support of project advancement.
Conduct financial, economic, and industry market research as requested by management.
Coordinate, attend, and document team meetings to discuss findings, identify problems or issues, and determine solutions to assigned projects.
Maintain and verify the requirement specifications of regulatory frameworks
- Ensure that the appropriate infrastructure elements, such as documents, policy documents, manuals, periodicals, etc., are accurate, up-to-date, and readily available.
Perform other duties and functions as necessitated by Polestrom.
Ability to work effectively with a diverse group including technical or transversal consultants, clients, government officials, management, and peers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with analytic capacity and ability to synthesize relevant collected data and findings for the preparation of case studies and progress reports
Experience in data validation as well as financial and economic modeling.
Knowledgeable in financial, economic, and industry market research.
Familiarization with the Philippine PPP life cycle is preferred.
- Relevant Experience & Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Development Studies, Business Administration or Management and other related fields
At least one (1) year of work experience in accounting, investment banking, or management consulting
Strong grasp of finance and infrastructure-related concepts

Pay: From Php25,
