The Work
- Provide Monitoring Support by processing emails, events, incidents, and service requests.
- Provide Monitoring Support by providing resolution and executing tasks for the project.
- Process Inbound and Outbound calls related to the scope of the project.
- Responsible in ticket management, ensure that tickets are: acknowledged, updated and resolved in a timely manner.
- Assess the risk of events, applies service knowledge to ensure event correlation and escalate appropriately.
- Closely work with project team members on site and members located in different geographical locations.
- Meet and exceed the target SLA/SLO/KPIs of the project.
- Create project reports as required by the leads/management.
- Help create and improve the process documentations for the project.
- Do root cause analysis, propose actions, and help drive improvement.
- Help drive Continuous Improvement initiatives for the project.
- Provide Knowledge Transfer as required.
- Provide standby support and emergency coverage as needed.
- Daily In Office work, the position is based in the Accenture Cebu Office.
Here's What You'll Need
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related fields.
- Experience in L1 Monitoring Support is a plus.
