POSITION SUMMARY
The Infrastructure Engineer directly reports to Infrastructure Lead and is responsible for the day to day activities and operations of the company. This includes, assisting the end-to-end accountability for infrastructure support and operation teams as well as its service delivery. Technology responsibility includes, but not limited to, assisting Production Application Operations, Enterprise Database Operations, and etc. This role will have responsibilities for the relationship between all different teams in the ICT department and their interaction with the
Application technology organization and service delivery in Asia and the rest of the world.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery
- Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship
- Program governance for all Infrastructure Projects ran out of the department.
- Governance for both Technology and Operations delivery teams
- Support the Life Cycle management including currency, patch, vulnerability, and access management.
- Work with business users and external resources within SLAs to identify and meet operational requirements.
- Research, Establish, document and audit system/hardware parameters and procedures in adherence to industry standards
- Responsible for the remediation of performance degradation and Incidents of servers / applications.
- Accountable for the diagnosis, reporting and administration of systems, servers and applications using available tools
- Upgrade processes, systems and hardware for enhanced functionality and security resolutions.
11 . Provide technical leadership for strategic directions, decisions and executions
- Manage and deliver complex projects from conceptualization to maintenance
- Lead IT in ensuring our global applications have the appropriate resiliency and disaster recovery capabilities.
