Responsibilities
- Monitor application, infra and telecoms using monitoring tools
- Analyse alerts, assess impact, create incidents and raise the service owner
- Support the technical teams during incident management by producing charts and
custom reports from monitoring tools as requested
- Work with SMEs in producing insight reports of Events and optimizing the use of the
monitoring tools
