We are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer with Identity Access and Management (IAM) experience to join our Manila team. You'll be part of our Infrastructure Internal Identity platform team, ensuring seamless IAM services for our organization.TheInfrastructure Engineer participates in the designing, implementing, upgrading, managing, and supporting of technologies owned by Infrastructure. The role provides expert advice and recommendations to leaders on the capabilities of Infrastructure IAM technologies and helps to develop others through coaching and knowledge transfer.

What will you do as an Infrastructure Engineer

As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for product support and ongoing delivery of security and technology improvements managed by the Internal Identity platform team.

This involves safeguarding IAM security, maintaining availability, and ensuring a high level of performance. Working closely with different IT teams and departments is crucial for supporting user access, authentication, and authorization across the organization. Moreover, the candidate will be pivotal in introducing and setting up new features and security improvements to meet changing business demands.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivery of Identity and Access Management related projects
• Manage and provideoperational support for IAM technologies
• Support the development of others through coaching and knowledge transfer
• Provide expert advice to leaders andstakeholders

What makes you the ideal candidate for this role

The following will help you be an ideal candidate for this post:

• At least 3 years of experience in MicrosoftActive Directory administration in a large enterprise environment.
• Strongknowledge of Active Directory architecture, design, and implementation best practices.
• Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting Active Directory services such as domain controllers, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Experiencewith PowerShell scripting for Active Directory automation and task automation
• Familiarity with identity management concepts, including LDAP, Kerberos, SAML, and single sign-on (SSO).
• Keen to develop new skills and in-depthknowledge of a suite of IAM technologies and integrations.
• Experiencewith Azure Entra ID or OKTA Workforce Identity would be beneficial
