IT Support
Join a large IT services company, playing a key role in providing essential voice and chat support for our clients, with a focus on user management, printer troubleshooting, and password resets.
What You'll Do:
- Provide initial support and troubleshooting for common IT issues, focusing on user management, printer troubleshooting, and password resets.
- Engage in significant phone interaction and manage helpdesk tickets.
- Utilize and manage systems primarily via Active Directory and Office 365.
- Troubleshoot issues within the Office Suite and ensure timely resolution of support requests.
Who You'll Work With:
Be an integral part of a dedicated IT support team, concentrating on delivering high-quality, efficient technical assistance, especially for common and recurring issues experienced by our clients.
Who We're Looking For:
- Highly Organized: Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple support requests effectively.
- Detail-Oriented: Focus on accuracy and precision, especially in user management and troubleshooting tasks.
- Experience: Some IT experience or relevant certification (such as CompTIA A+ or similar) is required to handle basic troubleshooting effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Active Directory and Office 365.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent communication skills, particularly for handling phone interactions.
