JOB QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field At least 1-2 years of experience in a related field
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Familiarity with help desk software and remote control tools
Good understanding of Apple MacOS administration. and basic networking
Strong troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and maintain focus
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers)
Troubleshoot, repair, and replace hardware as necessary.
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software applications.
Maintain proactive communication with users and colleagues to set expectations.
Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT assets.
Handle incidents to minimize impact on the business. Understand and apply the incident priority matrix.
Communicate and collaborate effectively with various departments within the organization, including HR, Finance, Projects, Recruitment, and Operations. This includes understanding their IT needs, providing necessary support, and
coordinating IT-related projects and initiatives.
