Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site IT Helpdesk role located in Bacolod. As an IT Helpdesk employee at Vervent, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. Your day-to-day tasks will involve troubleshooting issues, setting up equipment, and providing training on IT systems to users.

Qualifications
  • Excellent knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to provide technical support to non-technical users
  • Experience with helpdesk support tools and ticketing systems
  • Certifications in IT-related fields are a plus
