Key Responsibilities:
- Fuel innovation: Work with stakeholders to enthusiastically gather, document, and prioritize business requirements for our medical billing systems and processes.
- Optimize and streamline: Dive deep into complex data and processes, spotting opportunities to improve and creating smart business and technical solutions.
- Meticulous attention to detail: Keep everything organized and crystal clear by maintaining documentation, from business requirements to user guides, making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
- Clear and confident communication: Be the glue between business and IT teams, making sure everyones on the same page and project goals are fully understood.
- Ensure quality: Help craft test plans, jump into user acceptance testing, and make sure the IT solutions not only meet but surpass business needs.
- HIPAA compliance: Ensure all business processes and IT solutions are fully compliant with HIPAA regulations, safeguarding sensitive health information at every step.
- Bridge the gap: Be the go-to person between Tech and Business, fostering strong communication and a collaborative environment.
- Take ownership: Juggle competing priorities like a pro, showing off your top-notch organizational and time management skills.
- Deliver results: Keep an eye on the ballmonitor deliverables, hit deadlines, and ensure everything is done on time and done well.
- Business Solution Design: Turn business requirements into actionable, functional requirements that align with both business needs and tech implementations.
- Backlog Management: Stay on top of backlogs, including epics and user stories, and ensure theyre always up-to-date and reflecting the latest project goals.
- Ticketing: Use tools like Asana, Jira, or similar platforms to manage and track tickets, keeping things moving smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of medical billing processes and healthcare regulations is a plus.
- Proficiency in ASANA, Google Suite, and business analysis tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
