About the Job:Reporting to the Supervisor, the IS Expert we seek shall be responsible in:
Responsible in designing, Planning and estimation of project timelines.
Develop web application systems based on approved design ensuring scalability and security.
Conduct thorough system review, testing & documentation.
Conduct Demo & users training.Provide first level support to users for DNPH systems & new systems for implementation.
Ensuring that all user's system support request is recorded and properly escalated to immediate superior and/ or related IS Personnel.
Provide systems support to users as needed.
Collaborate with senior developer and cross-functional teams and Regional IS as needed.
Graduate of BS Information Technology or Computer Science
Knowledgeable MS Office/ O365, basic troubleshooting, Windows OS
Programming and Knowledgeable in PHP, HTML, Javascript, MySql, CSS
Background in Java, python, nodejs an advantage but not required.
Analytical and Good communication skills
