Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Information Security Officer to oversee and enhance our information security programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance. You will be responsible for developing and implementing security policies, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring the overall security of our systems and data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive information security policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability assessments.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents and threats.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement security measures and improve overall security posture.
• Provide training and awareness programs to staff on information security best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Information Security Officer or similar role.
• Strong understanding of information security frameworks, standards, and best practices.
• Proficiency in risk management, security assessments, and incident response.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or similar certification.
• Experience in the financial technology industry.
• Familiarity with security tools and technologies such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and firewalls.
