As an Information Security Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of safeguarding user identity, data, and systems. Your role includes monitoring and responding to security incidents, performing vulnerability assessments, implementing security policies, and providing training on security best practices. You'll establish data security protocols, conduct data pulls for litigations, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a secure environment.

Key Responsibilities: Stay Vigilant, Stay Secure

• Monitor and investigate security alerts and incidents using various tools and techniques.
  
• Perform risk assessments and audits to identify and remediate security gaps and weaknesses.
  
• Conduct penetration tests and vulnerability scans to evaluate the security posture of networks, systems, and applications.
  
• Develop, maintain, and enforce security documentation, including policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.
  
• Recommend and implement security controls to enhance organizational security.
  
• Educate and advise staff on security best practices and compliance requirements.
  
• Monitor endpoints, computer networks, and user activity for security issues.
  
• Investigate, assess, and document the damage and impact of security breaches and incidents.
  
• Perform tests to identify and address network vulnerabilities.
  
• Remediate detected vulnerabilities to maintain a high-security standard.
  
• Stay updated on IT security trends and developments.
  
• Develop company-wide best practices for IT security.
  
• Research security enhancements and provide recommendations to management.
  
• Maintain a strong understanding of Microsoft Purview (Content Search).
  
• Perform other duties as assigned.
  

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  
• Maintain prompt, punctual, and regular attendance during core business hours in the office environment located in the Central Park area of Denver, with reliable transport.
  
• Occasionally travel between corporate offices and job sites within the Denver Metro Area, during work hours.
  
• Ensure safety and health standards are upheld, including the authority to stop work if unsafe conditions are present, and promptly report hazards to a supervisor.
  

• Regularly stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and various office equipment.
  
• Occasionally reach, stoop, or kneel as needed.
  
• Meet specific vision requirements for close-up computer work.
