The Role
- Identify, recruit, and establish relationships with influencers across social media platforms.
- Foster regular communication with influencers to ensure successful collaboration and partnership satisfaction.
- Develop comprehensive influencer collaboration strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure influencer campaigns align with the overall brand marketing strategy.
- Oversee the execution of influencer campaigns, ensuring they meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide feedback and insights on the effectiveness of influencer collaborations.
- Utilize data insights to optimize influencer strategies and improve return on investment (ROI).
- Negotiate and finalize agreements with influencers.
- Ensure that influencer collaborations comply with legal and ethical standards
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing.
