• Job Overview: We are seeking a talented Marketing Specialist who lives near BGC, Taguig, and has 1-3 years of marketing experience, particularly in online and social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be familiar with TikTok and have the skills to identify, negotiate, and collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers to drive our brand's growth.

• Key Responsibilities:

Identifying KOLs: Discover and categorize influential individuals in the beauty industry across various social media platforms.

• Building Relationships: Reach out to KOLs, foster strong connections, and understand their interests and needs.

Owning Content: Collaborate with KOLs to develop and manage content that enhances our brand presence.

Negotiation: Handle partnership agreements, negotiate compensation terms, and ensure deliverables are met to benefit both parties.Partnership Development: Work closely with KOLs to create engaging content and campaigns that align with our brand's objectives.

• Tracking Performance: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making adjustments as needed to optimize results.

• Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of full-time or internship experience in online marketing, with a focus on social media platforms.

Proven ability to source and engage with KOLs/influencers from various social media platforms.

• Expertise in negotiating rate cards and managing collaborations with KOLs/influencers.

Strong understanding of TikTok and its role in marketing.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to start immediately and adhere to a Work-from-Office (WFO) policy in BGC, Taguig.
