You will play a crucial role in sourcing, onboarding, and maintaining relationships with content creators across various platforms. Your ability to engage, educate, and support these creators will directly impact the success of our campaigns.

- Qualifications and preferred skills
Prior experience sourcing and working with creators/influencers on branded campaigns, with pre-existing relationships being a plus.
- Excellent professional communication (English) and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade content creators.
Proficiency in organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously using tools such as ClickUp, CRMs, Slack, Google Suite, and influencer marketing research sites.- Expertise in various social media platforms, including but not limited to TikTok, Twitch, YouTube, Instagram, and Kick.com.
Understanding of influencer marketing fundamentals, including pricing formulas, view counts, engagement rates, etc.
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and deliver meaningful results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Tech-savvy, determined, and curious individuals passionate about social media, creators, content, partnerships, and iGaming.
Proactively source, identify, and reach out to creators aligned with the needs of our clients and campaigns.
- Craft precise, well-written, timely, and professional communications to attract creators.
Organization:
- Onboard and educate creators on campaign requirements and creative needs using clear and concise communication.
Ensure creators have a thorough understanding of campaign objectives and expectations.
Relationships:- Develop and nurture strong relationships with creators through regular communication, feedback, and support.
Act as a liaison between creators and internal teams to ensure smooth collaboration and execution.
Content:
- Watch and review branded content submitted by creators for compliance, accuracy, and performance.
Monitor live streams and branded content across platforms, including TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, Instagram, Kick.com, etc.
Support:- Collaborate with Senior Leaders as a proactive second set of hands and an autonomous contributor.
Provide support to ensure the success of influencer marketing initiatives and campaigns.
