• Job Function : Responsible in preparation of required Quality Plan & related process control & standards for a New Products & Existing.

• DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible in establishing, creation of PFMEA for New and Existing Products
  

• Responsible in establishing, creation & review of Process Quality Control Plan for New and Existing Products
  

• Respond and evaluates customer's complaints and facilitate / coordinate to department concerned on corrective action requirements.
  

• Conducts monitoring / observation and actual measurement relative product, process and implementation of procedures to check compliance to standards and to determine the need for preventive action improvement.
  

• Monitors implementation of quality-related preventive, corrective, and improvement actions.
  

• Participates actively in various activities related to development of new product / process
  

• Participates actively during troubleshooting of product / process defects.
  

• Prepares needed reports and submits recommendations.
  

• Initiates institutionalization of successful actions.
  
  
• JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing or equivalent.
  

• Exposure in Manufacturing Set-Up
  

• With working experience is an advantage but not required.
  

• Must be keen to details good in oral and written communication skills.
  

• Can perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
  

• Possess positive attitude, Flexibility in a multi-tasked environment and able to manage priorities.
