Graduate of Industrial Engineering or BS Mathematics is an advantage.

I. Product Ordering - responsible for Importation of assigned products to handle.
a. Prepares order worksheet per brand for CEO's approval
b. Submit purchase order to supplier for order confirmation & delivery schedule.
c. Prepares payment request, shipment notices and receiving reports for dissemination to sales and warehouse dept.
d. Execute appropriate ordering pattern and make necessary adjustments to improve shipment deliveries
e. In-charge of coordinating with foreign suppliers on other relevant matters pertaining to the brands.
II. Inventory Management & Product Movement In-charge in managing stocks availability and maintain optimal inventory
a. Manages stock position i.e. reorders, sales analysis, depletion of old, discontinued & slow-moving items.
b. Create strategic special buys/price off during sale events
c. Review forecast vs actual sales to fulfill stock requirements
d. Conduct year-end sale to move out close out products
e. Schedule warehouse visit to check product movement and propose recommendations
III. Sales Performance Analysis
a. Prepares sales report analysis & action plans per brand
b. Analyze brand performance and determine ways to position new brands/products in the market.
c. Identify problems and opportunities per brand and formulate solutions for sales team to implement.
d. Support the sales team in terms of promotion and product availability
e. Provide brand direction in all areas i.e. retail, sales, marketing, etc.
f. Conduct sales training on product orientation
IV. Market Research & Competitive Analysis
a. Strategically assessing market competition in terms of pricing, product and promotion
b. Analyze data, spot trends and new players in the market.
c. Monthly trade check and accomplish reports
V. INTERNAL RELATIONS
a. Coordinate with accounting for order payments
b. Regularly coordinate with IT for inventory status and updates.
c. Provides prior notification to Warehouse for shipment deliveries and stock inventory verification vs. computer record.
d. Work closely with sales department for product allocation, replenishments and promotions
e. Prepares landed cost per shipment and coordinate with accounting for completion of shipment expenses
f. Handles BFAD documentation re product registration & certification issuance
g. In-charge of ordering, export documentation for special accounts
VI. Other task deemed necessary and given by the Management from time to time.
