Develops and maintains strategic projects and teams such as the Quality Management Team and Training and Development Team.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assists in the development, implementation and management of proposed recommendations and projects.
- Researches, studies and analyzes related information required for the success of projects handled.
- Assists in the monitoring, measurement, and review of internal processes, especially those that affect the quality of the organization's products and services.
- Manages non-conformity reports, monitors their resolution plans, and assists in the implementation, recording and evaluation of the said plans and actions.
- Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering
- Must possess a good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Must be organized, detail-oriented and results-oriented.
- Must be analytical and with good problem solving skills.
