Industrial Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze production processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
• Lead Kaizen events and workshops to foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement lean methodologies and process optimization strategies.
• Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to assess performance metrics and drive decision-making.
• Prepare and present reports on project status, improvement initiatives, and key performance indicators to management.
• Conduct time studies and capacity analyses to optimize resource allocation and reduce waste.
• Support the development of training materials and conduct training sessions on lean practices and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all engineering projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in industrial engineering, process improvement, or a related role.
• Kaizen certification or equivalent experience in continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficient in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Minitab).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and techniques.
