JOB DESCRIPTION:- Will assist and help in the supervision of all In-house personnel.
Collaborate with Factory Supervisors and Managers to design-cost effective manufacturing layouts and building ergonomics for product lines- Design, redesigns, or enhances work areas and layouts so that awkward or uncomfortable positions, repetitive motions, and inefficient operations are reduced or eliminated.
Maintains knowledge of best practices in manufacturing methods, and trends and developments in technology and equipment, applies this knowledge to maintain the organizations competitive edge.
- Identifies and assesses various problems and departures from established manufacturing standards and best practices, researches and recommends solutions.
Responsible for daily production and work to achieve daily production target with buyer required quality standard- Develop and maintain management information, planning, and control systems.
Implements methods and modifications to reduce production costs.
- Perform training for people and heads of the department
Responsible for operation and operational staff control and management.- Manage all task for smooth production, smooth final inspection pass, and on-time shipment
Closely monitor sewing and finishing getting the best possible output and giving direction on the floor.
- Supervise in the setup the sewing line, check consumption, costing, and inventory.
Perform other duties as assigned by Immediate Superior.
