INDUSTRIAL ELECTRICIAN
- His main responsibility is to maintain electrical components of manufacturing equipment and machinery in excellent working condition to support production goals and objectives.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering/ Technical Course Graduate
At least 2 years experience in the same position in a manufacturing organization- Manual dexterity / Good hand-eye coordination
Good mechanical and electrical skills
- Good communication and team skills
Good Math skills Preferably knowledgeable in PLC and Autocad
- FULL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs machine mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, and line sustaining function
- Conducts preventive maintenance and testing of production machines on a regular basis.
Coordinates with Production Engineer regarding status of machine breakdown.- Coordinates with Spare Parts staffs for availability of consumable parts and parts for improvement
Performs start-up of production machines at the beginning of production shift.
- Initiates projects for machine process improvements.
Install, maintain and repair electrical control, wiring, lighting systems and supply to machinery systems.- Read technical diagrams and blueprints. Perform general electrical maintenance, using appropriate of testing devices.
