- Set up all blends and ensure timely availability of the same to the Bottling Lines
- Monitor quality and quantity of all incoming Dry and Wet Goods
- Monitor raw material usage for each blend and ensure Product quality is maintained per Company's standards
- Ensure Product Safety compliance per statutes such as FSSAI, ISO etc.
- Maintain all Excise records
- Dry goods QA checks and control
- WG Excise book-keeping
- Monthly MIS for WG
- Take operational, calibration and maintenance responsibility of the Plant Laboratory equipment including glassware
Candidate's Profile
B. Sc. (Microbiology) / Alcohol Technologist preferred
