The Incident Management and NOC Officer holds a critical position in an organization, overseeing the management of incidents from initiation to resolution.

This role involves establishing and maintaining incident response procedures, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring the swift and effective resolution of incidents.
  • Responsibilities:

Overseeing the end-to-end management of incidents within the organization.

Establishing and maintaining incident response procedures and protocols.

Collaborating with various teams to ensure a swift and effective resolution of incidents.

Responding to and resolving incidents in a timely and efficient manner.

Coordinating with IT, security, and other relevant teams during incident response.

Documenting incident details, causes, and resolution actions for future reference.

Conducting post-incident reviews to identify areas for improvement.

Implementing preventive measures to reduce the occurrence of future incidents
  • Requirements:

Candidates for the IM and NOC Officer role should have a bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, along with proven experience in incident management.

Essential qualifications include a strong grasp of incident response frameworks, effective communication and coordination skills, and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

The ideal candidate must exhibit analytical thinking, attention to detail, and proficiency in documenting incident details.

Team collaboration, leadership skills, and a solid understanding of IT security concepts are also crucial.

The IM and NOC Officer plays a vital role in ensuring a proactive response to incidents and safeguarding operational integrity.

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proven experience in incident management or a related field.

Knowledge of incident response frameworks and best practices.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Ability to stay calm under pressure and make sound decisions in crisis situations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40,
  • 00 - Php45,000.00 per month

    Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
