Incentives SpecialistThe Partnership Distribution Incentives Specialist is responsible for crafting, modifying, and implementing driven incentive program schemes to increase employee recruitment, retention, performance.
- Roles and Responsibilities:
- Review, assess, formulate, recommend, communicate, and implement incentive schemes for the improvement of employees performance.
- Establish Rules and Guidelines to monitor compliance in incentives activities across all the partners in the incentives workstream.
- Engage with internal and external partners to build and maintain a solid and fundamental working relationship between the different departments / SMEs.
- Monitor the compliance of all partners, both upstream and downstream, in the incentives process.
- Communicate approved incentive programs to partners, entertaining and answering questions and inquiries.
- Conduct data analysis and produce ad hoc reports that are aimed in increasing the team's effectiveness and efficiency.
- Monitor the performance of the incentives vis--vis the agreed upon Key Performance Indicators.
- Perform post-implementation evaluation to assess the effectiveness of the incentive programs. Consult with the different channel heads to discuss incentive programs which are aligned with the strategies and objectives of the channels on an annual basis.
- Process and ensure data integrity of the incentives results for payout processing for both internal and external partners.
- Minimum Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Marketing
- With at least 2 to 3 years experience in a similar role
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) General understanding and knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, etc.
- Willing to be assigned in BPLAC Makati Head Office
Experience in the Life Insurance industry is a plus

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php55,000.00 per month
