Were now looking for a
Customer Inbound Sales Representative to join our inbound sales team. This is a full-time, remote job opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound inquiries (emails, phone calls, and live chats via Zendesk) and serve clients from inquiry to sales stage.
- Input and enhance lead information in the CRM.
- Prepare and present quotes for client projects, collaborating with the design team as needed.
- Engage directly with clients via phone calls to answer questions, provide suggestions, and offer creative solutions for different options.
- Establish the best customer experience and increase the quote-to-sale conversion rate.
- Understand our products thoroughly to provide creative solutions for custom projects.
- Work collaboratively with the design and production teams to meet and surpass sales goals.
- Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT/Gemini to refine communications and enhance client interactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Ability to work 9:30 AM-6:30 PM PST (Manila time 12:30 AM9:30 AM, Tuesday to Saturday).
- Exceptional English communication skills (writing, speaking, and reading).
- Comfortable jumping on calls with clients; strong verbal English required.
- Experience with Gmail/G Suite; experience with Zendesk preferred; familiarity with Streak CRM is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and support, with a track record of achieving revenue targets.
- Strong mathematical skills (high school level) to understand and perform necessary calculations.
- Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT/Gemini for refining communication.
- Internet savvy, with a focus on eCommerce.
- Attention to detail.
Good To Have
- Good copywriting skills with a focus on crafting clear, compelling messages for clients.
- Ability to adapt communication style to various clients for platforms including email and phone calls.
- Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT or Gemini to assist in writing messages.
- Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.
Work Schedule And Requirements
- 9:30 AM6:30 PM PST (Manila time 12:30 AM9:30 AM, Tuesday to Saturday).
- Remote position with access to reliable internet and communication tools.
