Job Description

PROFILE:

We are seeking a committed and customer-oriented Inbound Customer Service and Retention Agent to join our team. In this position, you will manage incoming calls from US customers, delivering outstanding service while addressing their questions and concerns. Your main objective is to ensure customer satisfaction and retention by resolving issues promptly and providing solutions tailored to their needs. Additionally, you will identify opportunities to retain customers who may be thinking about canceling or downgrading their services.

Job Requirements
  • Education:
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience:
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within a call center environment.
  • Previous experience handling US customer accounts is a plus.
Experience in customer retention or a similar role where you had to convince customers to continue using products or services is highly desirable.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers in the US to introduce and sell our products/services.
  • Present and explain product features and benefits, effectively addressing customer needs and objections.
Convert prospects into customers by successfully closing sales and achieving individual and team sales targets.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to listen actively, empathize with customers, and clearly articulate solutions.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to resolve customer issues efficiently.

Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with customers and understand their needs.
  • A customer-first attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Persuasion Skills:
Ability to effectively persuade customers to stay with the company by highlighting product benefits and addressing concerns.
  • Comfortable handling objections and turning potential cancellations into retention opportunities.
  • Adaptability:
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment and remain calm under pressure.
  • Team Player:
Ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term

Pay: Php16,
  • 00 - Php19,500.00 per month
