PROFILE: We are seeking a committed and customer-oriented Inbound Customer Service and Retention Agent to join our team. In this position, you will manage incoming calls from US customers, delivering outstanding service while addressing their questions and concerns. Your main objective is to ensure customer satisfaction and retention by resolving issues promptly and providing solutions tailored to their needs. Additionally, you will identify opportunities to retain customers who may be thinking about canceling or downgrading their services.
Job Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within a call center environment.
- Previous experience handling US customer accounts is a plus.
Experience in customer retention or a similar role where you had to convince customers to continue using products or services is highly desirable.
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers in the US to introduce and sell our products/services.- Present and explain product features and benefits, effectively addressing customer needs and objections.
Convert prospects into customers by successfully closing sales and achieving individual and team sales targets.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.- Ability to listen actively, empathize with customers, and clearly articulate solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to resolve customer issues efficiently.- Ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions to retain customers.
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with customers and understand their needs.- A customer-first attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
Ability to effectively persuade customers to stay with the company by highlighting product benefits and addressing concerns.- Comfortable handling objections and turning potential cancellations into retention opportunities.
