Duties and Responsibilities:
- Draft and finalize legal opinions, contracts, and other legal documents.
Provide legal advice on corporate governance matters and manage day-to-day legal activities, including disciplinary actions against employees, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory processes related to labor and employment, and other regulatory requirements.- Oversee meetings by reviewing minutes, addressing issues that arise, and maintaining records to ensure transparency and adherence to internal protocols.
Promote legal awareness among Senior Management and Staff.
- Provide legal support to various internal departments.
Perform administrative functions related to the office's responsibilities.- Conduct initial case investigations and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
Collaborate with other in-house and external counsels as needed.
- Manage labor, criminal, and administrative cases.
Support other subsidiaries and affiliates of the company.
Requirements and Qualifications:- College graduate with a Law Degree (Juris Doctor, Bachelor of Laws, or equivalent). Must be a Bar Passer and member of the Philippine Bar.
Strong understanding of the real estate industry.
- In-depth knowledge of current real estate laws, rules, and procedures.
Proven experience as a legal counsel in a business environment or law firm, or relevant experience in litigation and/or corporate work.- Preferably a lawyer authorized to process notarizations in Pasig City.
Proficiency in computer skills, including Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, and Slides) and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).
- Excellent communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
Willing to work on-site in Pasig City.
