Primarily responsible in attending hearings for Bulacan and Metro Manila- Primarily responsible in the Drafting of Pleadings and Motions
Primarily responsible in updating the hearing calendars and ITL threads
- With a background in handling Criminal Cases (i.e., BP22 and Estafa), Rehabilitation and Liquidation Proceedings, and Civil Cases
Has in depth knowledge in Executions of Judgement (i.e., Execution of Writs)- Must be willing to facilitate and/or coordinate with the respective government agencies
Must be willing to do field work in nearby provinces.
