We are seeking a skilled and experienced In-House Broker to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and facilitate real estate transactions on behalf of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of real estate markets, negotiation skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
- Serve as the main point of contact for real estate transactions within the organization.
- Negotiate property purchase and lease agreements on behalf of the organization.
- Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and other due diligence activities.
- Collaborate with legal, financial, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth transaction processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of transactions, contracts, and related documentation.
- Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on real estate matters.
- Atleast 1-2 years of experience as a real estate broker or agent, preferably in a corporate or commercial real estate environment.
- Strong knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., real estate broker license) may be required depending on jurisdiction.
