Job Summary:
Establish, implement, and maintain effective procedure for company's filing and retention of documents.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs file management functions:
Receives records for retention from all departments.
Maintains an effective document/records master list system that will ensure fast retrieval of documents and records when needed.
- Disposes off records that are beyond retention period.
- Implements procedures for documented information control through coordination with all parties.
- Organize and maintains orderliness of the Documented Information storage.
- Assists IMS Specialist in the effective implementation of the Control of Documented Information and IMS activities.
- Initiate improvements for systematic procedure of filing and archiving company documents.
- Adheres to company policies and procedures including Safety and Housekeeping.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any four-year course. Graduate of Library Science is an advantage.
- At least 6 months experience in related field of work
- Knowledge and experience in ISO 9001
- Must be systematic, patient, courteous
